Event or Problem Description
Complainant alleged that during a routine shift check by a clinician, the device prompted a "check pads" message and powered on without display.Complainant indicated that there was no patient involvement in the reported malfunction.

This supplemental medwatch report is reporting the evaluation of the device.This supplemental medwatch report is also correcting information submitted on the initial medwatch report.Please reference section b5.Evaluation results: the reported malfunction was observed and attributed to a faulty lcd color display.Analysis of reports of this type has not identified an increase in trend.
