Event Description
It is alleged that "patient received a gunther tulip filter on (b)(6) 2011".It is alleged that patient was injured without further explanation.Hospital and medical records have been requested but not yet provided.

Event Description
This additional information received on 22mar2018 as follows: ¿[pt] allegedly received an implant on (b)(6) 2011 via the right common femoral vein due to pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis.[pt] is alleging migration, tilt, embedded filter.[pt] further alleges tightness in chest/pressure, irregular heartbeat and shortness of breath.Filter was successfully retrieved on (b)(6) 2017.
