This additional information received on 22mar2018 as follows: ¿[pt] allegedly received an implant on (b)(6) 2011 via the right common femoral vein due to pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis.[pt] is alleging migration, tilt, embedded filter.[pt] further alleges tightness in chest/pressure, irregular heartbeat and shortness of breath.Filter was successfully retrieved on (b)(6) 2017.
