Additional Manufacturer Narrative
|
|
Based on the clinical assessment for this event, the most likely cause of the distal loss of seal was found to be unknown/undetermined.There was stent migration of the iliac limb, which likely contributed to the loss of seal, however, the cause of the migration could not be determined. There was no evidence of procedure related harms and the patient is reportedly being monitored.A review of the device quality records shows that the device demonstrated compliance to established procedures and specifications at the time of manufacture.
