Event Description
Information was received from a representative (rep) regarding a patient who was implanted with two neurostimulators (ins).It was reported that the patient was hurting more than normal.The rep checked the system on the left side and the battery was at end of service (eos).The rep stated that impedances were normal.The patient was being referred to a pain doctor to have the device replaced.No further complications were reported.Follow up was conducted.

Event Description
Additional information was received from the manufacture representative (rep) on 2018-jun-08.The rep could not confirm the serial number of the affected implantable neurostimulator (ins).The cause of the ins being at end of service (eos) was due to normal use because they never turn it off.This information was confirmed with the physician.No further complications were reported/are anticipated.
