Information was received from a healthcare professional via manufacturer representative regarding a patient who was receiving fentanyl (75 mcg/day, 1500 mcg/ml), baclofen (50 mcg/day, 1000 mcg/ml), bupivacaine (1.749 mg/day, 35 mg/ml), dilaudid (0.4498 mg/day, 9 mg/ml), and clonidine (34.99 mcg/day, 700 mcg/ml) via intrathecal drug delivery pump for spinal pain.It was reported that a motor stall occurred.Pump logs indicated "stopped pump period may exceed tube set." there were no known factors that may have led or contributed to the issue.The pump was replaced.The issue was not resolved.The patient status was "alive - no injury." there were no reported symptoms.No further complications were reported.
