Event Description
It was reported that a patient had ongoing vocal cord paralysis (reported in mfg report #1644487-2018-01601) after the patient's leads were replaced due to an issue with the leads.No additional relevant information has been received to date.
 
Event Description
Follow-up with the office noted that when the patient had a battery replacement surgery, the lead was cut by the surgeon so the patient ended up having a full revision surgery.The diagnostics were ok after.It was noted that the lead was discarded and would not be returned for analysis.Lead information was unknown and was not provided.No further relevant information has been received to date.
