Event or Problem Description
The customer called and reported that their insulin pump had a stuck up arrow button, had physical damage, and was over delivering insulin.The customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown at the time of the incident.The customer stated the battery housing was broken and was taped together in addition to a crack on the reservoir chamber.Troubleshooting was not completed as the customer declined.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
