Event Description
It was reported that during the implant procedure, the patient experienced a hematoma with noted swollen skin at the access site, after the introducer sheath was withdrawn.The patient¿s clinical course was placed under observation with continuous compression hemostasis for approximately fifteen minutes.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
