Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that the insulin pump had keypad anomaly, motor error and display anomaly.The customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown.The customer reported that the down and escape buttons were stuck and also had motor error.It was reported that they had blank spot on the screen probably where pixels were burnt out.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
