Event Description
It was reported that perforation was encountered.The target lesion was located in a right coronary artery.After deployment of a 3.50 x 16 synergy drug eluting stent in a heavily calcified vessel, it was noticed that there was a small perforation or leak on the distal end of the stent.The physician deployed a covered stent to stop the perforation.
