Event Description
It was reported that guidewire entrapment occurred.A 3.50mm x 12mm emerge mr balloon catheter was advanced for dilation.However, when removing the device after dilation, the balloon was pulled together with the wire.The procedure was completed with a different size non-bsc balloon catheter.There were no patient complications nor injuries were reported.
