Event Description
It was reported that the customer was unable to read what was written or being programmed on the screen of the insulin pump.The customer's blood glucose was 5.6 mmol/l at the time of incident.The customer passed out due to high blood pressure resulting in a big crack inside the home screen.The customer was advised that the insulin pump needed to be replaced and was advised to discontinue use of the insulin pump and to revert to the backup plan.The device is not expected to be returned for analysis.

Device was received with missing display window or cover and missing segments or partial display due to cracked glass.Unable to perform the displacement test and self-test due to missing segments or partial display.
