Event or Problem Description
The customer called and reported that their insulin pump was having battery longevity issues and sticking buttons that caused the pump to over deliver 20 units into the customer.The customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown at the time of the incident.The customer has to remove the battery from the pump and let the pump sit or a while to get it working.Troubleshooting was not completed as the customer declined.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
