Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that the insulin pump had to tilt at the time to view the screen.The customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown at the time of the incident.The customer stated that they had to turn on the back light to view screen as formation on screen becomes disturbed at times.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
