Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that insulin squirting during the priming and the slower during the rewind.The customer's blood glucose level was unknown.The customer stated that buttons were less responsive and insulin pump had no delivery alarm.The device will not be returned for the analysis.
Additional Manufacturer Narrative
Device received with no (act, up and escape) button response due to corroded keypad traces.No button error alarm during testing noted.Unable to perform all functional testing including the displacement, operating currents, unexpected restart error test, rewind, basic occlusion, occlusion and prime or verify excessive no delivery alarm or verify due to buttons not responding.
