It was reported that after the patient received a new implantable cardiac resynchronization therapy pacemaker (crt-p) system, a patient alert was triggered with a lead warning for left ventricular (lv) lead impedance out of range, right atrial (ra) lead position check failure, and no r-wave measurement on the right ventricular (rv) lead.No intervention was performed for the alerts.A few weeks later, a remote transmission shows normal device function with all measurements within normal limits.During wound check, there were no issues noted.The device and leads remains in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
