Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that insulin pump alarmed button error.The customer's blood glucose value was 120 mg/dl.Buttons were not responding.The time clock advances.Customer was advised the insulin pump will need to be replaced.Advised to discontinue use of the insulin pump and revert to a back-up plan.The device will be returned for analysis.
