Event Description
It was reported that a balloon shifted on the catheter.An intervention was being performed on a venous lesion in the leg.The 18-4/5.8/75 xxl esophageal balloon was inflated it shifted on the catheter leaving the proximal portion of the balloon below the proximal marker.The lesion was not successfully dilated and the balloon was removed and replaced with another balloon catheter.The procedure was completed and the patient is doing fine.
