Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the patient presented remotely via merlin.Net transmission.Upon review, the implantable cardioverter defibrillator exhibited post-paced t-waves oversensing.The patient did not receive any inappropriate therapy during the oversensing.No programming changes were made.The patient did not experience any adverse consequence.
