Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that they were hospitalized due to low blood glucose on (b)(6) 2019 with blood glucose of 230 mg/dl.Customer also stated that the insulin pump had button error alarm.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.Customer was advised to discontinue use of the pump and revert to a back-up plan per healthcare professional¿s instruction.Insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
