Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that they experienced high blood glucose level.Customer¿s blood glucose was over 600 mg/dl at the time of incident.Customer treated with insulin pump for high blood glucose.Customer declined troubleshooting.Customer also stated that infusion set had bent cannula.Customer stated that serter was little slightly lifted before locked in place and loose.The device will not be returned for analysis.
