Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that the insulin pump was shut down.The customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown.The customer stated that contact on the battery cap was not missing or damaged.The customer also stated that there was failed battery test.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device received with blank display due to corroded battery tube spring contact and corroded battery tube.Unable to perform all functional testing including the operating currents, a21 error test, rewind, basic occlusion, occlusion, prime and excessive no delivery test or verify failed battery test alarm due to blank display.(b)(4).
