Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that insulin pump alarm external flash error.The customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown.The insulin pump had diminished battery life and also had to change battery more frequently.The customer reported screen went blank and then came back on.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
