Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that they were unable to exit the preparing to prime loop.Customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown.Customer stated that they did not receive second series of beeps nor did numbers appear on the screen.The customer was advised that the insulin pump needed to be replaced and was advised to discontinue use of the insulin pump and to revert to the backup plan.The device will be returned for analysis.
