Event or Problem Description
Customer reported via phone call that customer was unable to clear active alarm.Customer¿s blood glucose was unknown.Customer stated that insulin pump had low reservoir message and she press esc and then act button but it did not clear the alarm.Customer stated time advances after waiting for one minute.Customer was advised discontinue use of the pump.Recommended customer refer to back up plan.Insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
