Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that the insulin pump had motor error.Customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown.Customer also reported that the battery life had diminished and rewinds slower than it has in the past.Customer declined to speak technical support department.The device will not be returned for analysis.

Device passed all functional testing including the displacement, rewind, basic occlusion, occlusion, prime/a33 and excessive no delivery test.No unexpected failed battery alarm anomalies noted.No motor error alarm noted.Motor passed motor test.
