Device evaluation: the device has been returned and evaluated by product analysis on 31-jul-2019 with the following findings: unable to confirm cloudy issue for display during investigation.Unrelated to the original complaint, the battery compartment was found to be cracked.There was a leak due to cracked pump case and moisture was noted behind the display screen.Report late due to transition from vmsr program.
