Event or Problem Description
The customer reported via phone call that the insulin pump had compromised force sensor alert and unexpected restart alarm.The customer's blood glucose value was unknown.Customer stated that they were not able to clear the alarm.Customer able to complete rewind.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
