Event or Problem Description
Customer's wife reported via phone call that the insulin pump had partial display.The customer¿s blood glucose was unknown.The customer was assisted with troubleshooting.Customer stated that they try to adjust screen of insulin pump and fuzzy lines that come up into and it goes blank when customer presses act on insulin pump.Customer stated that when they goes into menus that there was lines and they cannot make out the words.Customer stated that the insulin pump was neither dropped nor bumped.The customer was advised to discontinue use of the insulin pump and to revert to the back-up plan.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Insulin pump passed the displacement and self test.No unexpected missing segment/partial display anomalies noted.
