Event or Problem Description
Customer reported via phone call that buttons are harder to press.Customer's blood glucose level was unknown at the time of incident.Customer stated that insulin pump rejected new batteries, slower during rewound and had hairline fractures or cracks in the casing of insulin pump.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
