Event or Problem Description
Complainant alleged that during a routine shift check by a clinician, the device displayed an "ecg disabled" message.Complainant indicated that there was no patient involvement in the reported malfunction.

The device was not returned to zoll.The customer removed and returned the suspect analog board.The customer's report was not replicated or confirmed.The analog board was scrapped.The customer received a replacement analog board and confirmed that the replacement resolved the report.Analysis of reports of this type has not identified an increase in trend.
