Event or Problem Description
Complainant alleged that during functional testing, the device would not power up.Complainant did not indicate that there was any patient involvement in the reported malfunction.
 
Additional Manufacturer Narrative
The device was returned to zoll medical canada for evaluation.The customer's report was duplicated and the dock connector was replaced to remedy the reported problem.The device was recertified and returned to the customer.Analysis for reports of this type has not identified an increase in trend.
