Event or Problem Description
Customer reported via phone call that the insulin pump did not turn on even with new batteries.The customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown.Customer stated insulin pump had rainbow effect on screen, rejected new batteries.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
