Event Description

The customer reported via phone call that insulin pump had scratched on the screen caused difficulty in reading information.The customer¿s blood glucose level was unknown.Customer stated the insulin pump had reject new batteries before, sometimes gets error when changing sets.Customer stated that they had to reset insulin pump information when changing batteries also reported about battery life but not changing less than weekly.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
