Event or Problem Description
Customer reported via phone call that insulin pump had button error and buttons were not responding.Customer's blood glucose level was unknown at the time of incident.Customer stated that time clock was advancing.Advised the insulin pump will need to be replaced.Advised to discontinue use of the insulin pump and revert to backup plan.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Device received with blank display due to corroded battery tube spring contact and corroded battery tube.Unable to perform all functional testing including the operating currents, a21 error test, rewind, basic occlusion, occlusion, prime or a33 and excessive no delivery test or verify button keypad anomaly due to blank display.
