Event or Problem Description
The customer reported that he received a difference of 100 mg/dl between the blood glucose readings obtained on the contour next link 2.4 meter and a non-ascensia meter.No specific readings were provided.There was no allegation of an adverse event.The customer was advised to return the test strips for evaluation.Replacement meter kit and test strips were sent to the customer.

The customer returned the suspected contour next test strips from lot # 9bpef02a for evaluation.The suspected contour next link 2.4 meter was not returned.Therefore, an in-house testing was performed using the in-house contour next link 2.4 meter with returned contour next test strips, which gave satisfactory performance.
