Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump was shut off and become unresponsive.The customer stated that insulin pump rejected new batteries and crack on battery compartment, reservoir and screen.Customer stated that insulin pump received error code.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
