Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had button errors, sticky non-responsive buttons and it did not worked.Customer also reported sudden power down- no battery warning, grinding during the rewind process, rejected new batteries, cracked screen and temporary lost settings.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The device will not be returned for analysis.
