Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had button error.Customer confirmed that the time advanced.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.

No button error alarm noted during testing.Unit had intermittent act and down buttons response due to corroded keypad traces.
