Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump buttons harder to push and random error messages.The customer stated that the insulin pump had scratches on screen which was harder to read and louder rewind.Customer stated insulin pump reject new batteries and unexplained no delivery alerts.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
