Date of event: (b)(6) 2020.Date of report: 02/12/2020.
 
Event Description
It was reported that the unit's blower was not running.It is unknown if the device was in use at the time of the event; however, there was no patient harm reported.The manufacturer's field service engineer (fse) performed troubleshooting and confirmed the reported issue.The fse replaced the blower and power management board; however, this did not resolve the issue.

G4: 26feb2020.B4: 05mar2020.There was no patient involvement.The field service engineer (fse) replaced the motor controller board and the issue was resolved.Submission of a report does not constitute an admission that medical personnel, user facility, importer, distributor, manufacturer, or product caused or contributed to the event.

G4 12may2020.B4: 13may2020.The blower motor assembly was returned for failure analysis.A visual inspection revealed no anomalies.During testing, the blower passed all testing with no fault was found.Submission of a report does not constitute an admission that medical personnel, user facility, importer, distributor, manufacturer, or product caused or contributed to the event.
