Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had sticky buttons.Customer stated insulin pump had not fully completed rewind and had to start over also they did not received low reservoir alert.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
