Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that insulin pump buttons were sometimes sticky or harder to press.Customer stated that the casing has chipped near the battery cap and the insulin pump lost date and time settings.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
