Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had unexpected restart alarm.Customer was able to clear the alarm but not able to complete insulin pump rewound.Customer also experienced high blood glucose level.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
