Event Description
It was reported that balloon rupture occurred.The target lesion was located in the left circumflex artery.A 2.50mm x 15mm and 2.00mm x 15mm maverick balloon catheter were selected for use.However, during inflation at 12-18 atmospheres for 10 seconds, these balloons ruptured.These devices were removed from the patient's body.The procedure was completed with different device.No known patient complications were reported.
