Event or Problem Description
Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump screen had black line across it.Customer stated insulin pump had no delivery alarm.Customer stated that the insulin pump had no delivery alarms.The customer reported that the insulin pump had crack and the insulin pump was rejected the new battery.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will not be returned for analysis.
