Event Description
Information was received from the consumer regarding a patient who was implanted with a neurostimulator for spinal cord stimulation.It was reported that a week ago, last friday the 21st, the patient sent an email to the rep who requested to change program as one was not working.Patient stated he did get a response on saturday from the rep who asked if he could come out tuesday however the patient stated he was too far away and replied back asking for someone closer.Patient stated he has not heard back and needed the system adjusted.Patient stated he did message someone last thursday and did get a reply however has not heard back again.After their appointment on february 11th, patient sent an email on the 12th saying it was not the same as before.Patient stated his rate and pulse settings were not correct.Patient stated they replied saying to try several things.Patient stated he was in physical therapy as well.Patient stated he needed the level of relief he had before.Patient stated he wanted it to be programmed to the same thing as last fall.No further complications were reported/anticipated.
