Information received by medtronic indicated that the insulin pump had keypad anomaly.Time was advancing and keypad was not responding.No harm requiring medical intervention was reported.The insulin pump will be returned for analysis.

Unit received with button error alarm and had unresponsive up and down buttons due to corroded keypad traces.No moisture damage electronic assembly during visual inspection.
