H.10: the livanova field service representative once on site to investigate the device, was informed that the issue actually experienced was that the button for temperature increasing on the patient display was unresponsive thus, the device was swapped with another to complete the procedure.Indeed, he could not confirm the heating issue previously reported.Also the temperature button was found to be properly working thus, the device was returned back to service.Based on currently available information, no device malfunction could be detected.However, a temporary false contact on the keyboard and display board cannot be excluded.
