Event Description
Information was received from a manufacturer¿s representative (rep) regarding a patient who was implanted with an implantable neurostimulator (ins).The rep reported that the patient programmer (pp) was showing ¿ins in the box¿ screen.The rep didn¿t have a clinician programmer with her at the time to resolve the issue.The rep would procure a clinician programmer and meet with the patient in the future.No further complications were reported.

Additional information was reported that the cause of the ins in box message was not determined.The rep performed a trickle charge and then cleared the power on reset (por).The ins in box message was resolved.No further information was reported.
